MCJ Member Survey - action needed

Please help provide insight into important topics related to our community!

Hello MCJers,

Since its inception over a year ago, the MCJ member community has grown from a narrow corner of the climate conversation to a global community of over a thousand engaged members. As we strive to expand access to our community for those who are motivated to learn and take action toward climate change, we believe it’s important we work toward fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for members. To that end, this survey is intended to help our understanding of where MCJ is in that regard so that we can be equipped to advance this goal. We’re also looking to further our understanding of the backgrounds of our members and what motivates you to be a part of our community.
