Hi everyone,
The big news this week is MCJ is hiring! We are looking to bring on a Head of Community, to give this amazing group of people a dedicated representative who drives our content roadmap, our community roadmap, events/programming, and other important initiatives.
There are several stakeholder groups in the MCJ community, including members, pod guests/listeners, portfolio founders/CEOs/employees, and fund LPs, and this person will help drive content and programming initiatives across all of them. It is a critically important role, and we are determined to get someone great! Even better if they come from within the MCJ community.
